RESOLUTION NO. 2007-397
APPROVING WETLAND REPLACEMENT PLAN APPLICATION
FOR COUNTY ROAD 101 IMPROVEMENTS

CITY PROJECT 5102
WHEREAS, Hennepin County is proposing to fill wetlands for constriction of the proposed
County Road 101 Improvements from 14"' Avenue to County Road 24; and
WHEREAS, there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of this project; and
WHERAS, Hennepin County has used various design techniques to minimize wetland impacts;
and
WHEREAS, a Replacement Plan Application has been prepared that proposes to replace the
impacted wetlands through the Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) Road Replacement
Program as required by the Wetland Conservation Act and administered by BWSR;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: The filling of wetlands and the Replacement Plan Application
for the County Road 101 Improvements is approved; and
Adopted by the City Council on September 25, 2007.
