HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2007-393CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2007-393 RECEIVE NON -DEGRADATION REPORT FOR THE MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER (MS4) GENERAL PERMIT CITY PROJECT 7108 WHEREAS, Report Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) requires the City to complete a Non - degradation for expanded discharges annual flow volume and phosphorous; and WHEREAS, a Non -degradation Report is required for compliance with the MPCA's General Permit to discharge storm water associated with Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System/State Disposal System Permit Program; and WHEREAS, a Non -degradation Report has been submitted to the City of Plymouth by Barr Engineering Company; and WHEREAS, the Non -degradation Report is required to be submitted to the MPCA no later than October 1, 2007; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the City Council adopts the resolution receiving the Non - degradation Report for the MS4 General Permit and forwarding the Report to the MPCA for final review. Adopted by the City Council on September 25, 2007.
