RESOLUTION NO. 2007-390
ADOPT SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BOND RATE
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed various options regarding interest rates that should be
established for 5, 10, and 15 year special assessments, and;
WHEREAS, special assessments shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period
of either 5, 10, or 15 years,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the special assessment interest rate will be determined by the interest
rate in which the City can issue general obligation special assessment bonds plus an administration fee
of 1.5 percent.
Adopted by the City Council on September 25, 2007.
