RESOLUTION NO. 2007-389
RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT,
ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WOOD CREEK EROSION REPAIR PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 6103
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed certain 2007-2011 Capital Improvements for
control of water and drainage problems within the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, erosion is threatening private property including strictures; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project will reduce erosion and protect the water quality of
Medicine Lake; and
WHEREAS, Wenck Associates has been designated as the Project Engineer by
resolution on August 8, 2006, and
WHEREAS, several concepts were investigated and one design concept was chosen as
the most effective, feasible and cost effective improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
Receiving Feasibility Report and hereby ordering improvements and plans and
specifications for the Wood Creek Erosion Repair Project.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that fiinding for this project is from the Water Resources
Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on September 25, 2007.
