RESOLUTION NO. 2007-384
ADOPT PRELIMINARY 2008 BUDGETS AND
APPROVE CONCEPTUAL 2009 BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared the preliminary proposed 2008
budget for the calendar year 2008 based upon the requirements of State Law and
City Charter, and;
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared conceptual 2009 proposals for the
budget, and;
WHEREAS, this proposed 2008 operating budget resolution and the
accompanying proposed 2008 tax levies contained in Resolution No. 2007 - are
being submitted by the City in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and other
applicable laws in effect on this date, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs on the 2008 Plymouth Housing and
Redevelopment Authority budgets in the amount of $4,451,362.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the preliminary 2008
proposed operating budgets for the following funds are hereby given preliminary
approval and the 2009 operating budgets are accepted in concept.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council declares its intent to take
all necessary actions legally permissible to the submission and approval of the
City's budget and property tax levies both proposed and final.
Adopted by the City Council on September 11, 2007.
