RESOLUTION NO. 2007-382
SET TRUTH IN TAXATION PUBLIC HEARING DATES FOR
2008 BUDGET AND PROPERTY TAX LEVY
WHEREAS, the City is required to set public hearing dates for the truth in taxation
hearing on the 2008 proposed budget and property tax levy; and
WHEREAS, these dates cannot conflict with those dates for school districts within the
City of Plymouth or Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to set dates for the initial truth in taxation hearing and a
continuation hearing date, should one be necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, the City of Plymouth has set
December 3, 2007 at 7:00 PM as the initial truth in taxation public hearing date and
December 10, 2007 at 7:00 PM as the continuation date, if necessary, for the truth in
taxation public hearing.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on September 11, 2007.
