RESOLUTION NO. 2007-381
AUTHORIZE "NO PARKING" ALONG BOTH SIDES OF COUNTY ROAD 73
FROM RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE TO 250 FEET NORTH OF 1sT AVENUE
WHEREAS, the existing roadway has newly placed concrete curb and gutter which does
not allow adequate space for parking; and
WHEREAS, any parking along this corridor would create a public nuisance and likely
contribute to motor vehicle accidents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby authorizes Hennepin
County to install "No Parking" signs along both sides of County Road 73 from
Ridgemount Avenue to 250 feet north of I" Avenue.
Adopted by the City Council on September 11, 2007.
