RESOLUTION NO. 2007-375
RECEIVING ENGINEERING PROPOSALS AND
DESIGNATING THE ENGINEER FOR
PLYMOUTH CREEK POND PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 3105
WHEREAS, Plymouth Creek Pond Project is listed as a 2008 project in the 2007-2011
Capital Improvements Program at an estimated total cost of $900,000; and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was sent to four engineering firms that have expertise
in water resources; and
WHEREAS, the proposals were received and evaluated by City staff, and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that Wenck & Associates, Inc. be designated as the
engineer for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
• Wenck & Associates, Inc. is designated as the City's consulting
engineer for design, surveying and geotechnical coordination for the
Plymouth Creek Pond Project, City Project 3105 in the amount of
$61,477.
Adopted by the City Council on September 11, 2007.
