RESOLUTION NO. 2007-371
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH PLYMOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Soccer Association (PSA) wishes to continue to lease their
current office space at Plymouth Creek Center for three more years beginning October 1,
2007; and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by City staff and approved by the City
Attorney outlining that PSA shall pay $6,880 per year for three years; and
WHEREAS, staff believes this lease agreement will be beneficial to both the City and the
Plymouth Soccer Association,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said lease agreement between the
City of Plymouth and the Plymouth Soccer Association.
Adopted by the City Council on September 11, 2007.
