RESOLUTION 2007-369
APPROVING PRELIMINARY LAND USE PLAN CHAPTER FOR THE 2008 CITY OF
PLYMOUTH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE (2005050)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth initiated an update to its Comprehensive Plan in Fall 2005;
and
WHEREAS, the preliminary land use plan chapter will be used to develop plans for utilities,
streets and parks; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the preliminary land use plan chapter at a
duly called public meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the preliminary land
use plan chapter dated August 14, 2007.
FURTHER, since this approval is preliminary only, it does not constitute an official
Comprehensive Plan Amendment and therefore is not contingent upon, or subject to, review and
response by the Metropolitan Council at this time.
Adopted by the City Council on August 28, 2007.
