RESOLUTION NO. 2007-357
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 12 AND FINAL
LANCASTER LANE LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 3114
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Lametti & Sons, Inc., as contractor, have
entered into an agreement for Lancaster Lane Lift Station Improvements Project, City
Project No. 3114, said agreement being dated July 16, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the
final request for payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the original contract amount was $1,423,700. One change order was
approved in the amount of $15,736.57 and the value of the work to date is
$1,439,436.57 and is herewith approved. This project does not exceed the
revised contract amount.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Lancaster Lane Lift Station
Improvements Project and certified to the Council by the Engineer as
acceptable, being the same, is hereby released from the contract except as
to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work after final
payment.
Request for Payment No. 12 and Final in the amount of $16,154.07 to
Lametti & Sons, Inc. for Lancaster Lane Lift Station Improvements
Project is hereby approved and the Director of Administrative Services is
hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
Adopted by the City Council on August 28, 2007.
