RESOLUTION NO. 2007-327
AUTHORIZATION TO SOLICIT PROPOSALS
FOR FINANCIAL RECORDS SOFTARE SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has reserved dollars for the acquisition of a
financial records software system, and;
WHEREAS, the current systems are past their useful life;
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has contracted with a consultant to assist in
the development of a request for proposal for a financial records software
systems;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, THAT THE Administrative
Services Director is authorized to solicit requests for proposal for a financial
records software systems.
Adopted by the City Council on July 10, 2007.
