RESOLUTION NO. 2007-321
APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF
ORDINANCE 2007-20 RELATING TO RENTAL FEES
FOR PARK FACILITIES
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2007-20 amended Section 1016 of the City Code relating to
rental fees of park facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that summary publication of Ordinance No.
2007-20 adopted by the City Council on July 24, 2007 is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a printed copy of the fiill text of the ordinance is
available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk.
Adopted by the City Council on July 24, 2007.
