RESOLUTION NO. 2007-320
REPEALING POLICY RELATING TO
ENFORCEMENT OF WEED ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the language contained in the Policy Relating to Enforcement of Weed
Ordinance has been incorporated into Section 810 of the City Code by adoption of
Ordinance No. 2007-19 on July 24, 2007,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the Policy
Relating to Enforcement of Weed Ordinance is hereby repealed.
ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council on July 24, 2007.
