RESOLUTION NO. 2007-317
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR
ZACHARY PARK PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending approval of Change
Order No. 1 for the Zachary Park Project; and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineers also recommended approval of Change Order No.
1,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order NO. 1 in the amount of $56,202 is
hereby approved and fiirther that the cost of this Change Order will be charged to the
Park Replacement Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on July 24, 2007.
