RESOLUTION NO. 2007-308
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR ACCESS TO THE
MINNESOTA COURT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MNCIS)
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department and City Attorney's office have a
continuing business need for access into the District Court system; and
WHEREAS, the State is rolling out a new MNCIS system, and the Police and prosecutors
need access into this system; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has requested a new agreement in place for this access.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to execute such contract on behalf of the City of Plymouth for its Police Department
and City Attorney's office.
Adopted by the City Council on July 10, 2007.
