Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2007-291CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2007-291 APPROVING TRAIL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE YEAR 2007 WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has presented five alternatives for constricting trails in the year 2007; and WHEREAS, the Director has recommended that two trail segments be improved this year; and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and recommended approval of those two trail segments, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to proceed with the 2007 trail improvement projects as outlined in the memorandum to the Park Commission and City Council and fiirther, that fiinding will come from Park Dedication Funds in accordance with the adopted capital improvement budget. Adopted by the City Council June 26, 2007.
