RESOLUTION NO. 2007-282
APPROVING THE AMENDED LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND PLYMOUTH SERGEANTS REPRESENTED
BY LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES (LELS)
FOR CALENDAR YEARS 2006-2007
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and LELS, representing Plymouth
Sergeants, have agreed to amend their labor contract to change the terms regarding the
use of disability leave; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve
the amended labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and LELS, for the period of
January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2007; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on June 26, 2007.
