RESOLUTION NO. 2007-275
APPROVING CONSENT OF ASSIGNMENT OF
CONTRACT NO. A070903 FOR THE USE OF
ELECTION EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a lease agreement with Hennepin County for the use of
County -owned election equipment; and
WHEREAS, per this agreement, the City assumes liability for this equipment; and
WHEREAS, School District 284 has requested to utilize five tabulators and six AutoMark
machines for elections this fall; and
WHEREAS, according to the Consent of Assignment of Contract No. A070903, School District
284 would assume all duties, liabilities, and obligations according to the lease agreement No.
A052268 between Hennepin County and the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, School District 284 would reimburse the City of Plymouth $125 for use of the
equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Consent of Assignment of Contract No. A080903
between Hennepin County, the City of Plymouth, and School District 284 is hereby approved.
