RESOLUTION 2007-266
RESOLUTION TERMINATING CONTRACT WITH LOGIS FOR POLICE
RECORD MANAGEMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a contract with LOGIS to provide Police Records
Management Software, and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth wishes to terminate this contract effective January 1,
2008, and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is required to notify LOGIS of the intent to terminate
the contract by June 15, 2007, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT SOLVED, the City of Plymouth terminates the contract
with LOGIS for Police Records Management Software effective January 1, 2008.
Adopted by the City Council June 12, 2007.
