RESOLUTION NO. 2007-265
APPROVAL OF ONE CURRENT MODEL
TRACTOR LOADER BACKHOE
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved fiinds to purchase a replacement tractor
loader backhoe; and
WHEREAS, the Central Equipment budget has fiinding ($130,000) to pay for the
replacement of a tractor loader backhoe; and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State contracts; and
WHEREAS, RDO Equipment Co. has a contract with the State for this piece of
equipment meeting the City's specifications; and
WHEREAS, the contract No. is 437467,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, to purchase a new tractor loader backhoe off the State
Contract through RDO Equipment Co. for the price of $138,855.77 including sales tax.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fiinding will be from 602-1760-8004.
