RESOLUTION 2007-263
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR
A WOOD DECK LOCATED AT 4704 VAGABOND LANE
LOT 26, BLOCK 2, CASCADES
WHEREAS, Carl and Janice Hartness have requested approval to execute an encroachment
agreement to constrict a wood deck within the existing public drainage and utility easement; and;
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement only permits the encroachment of the wood deck within
the easement and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as Lot 26, Block 2, Cascades;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will allow for a wood deck and the
associated footings to encroach within the public drainage and utility easement.
