HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2007-259CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2007-259 AGREEMENT TO INSTALL NEW TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL SYSTEMS ON FERNBROOK LANE AT HARBOR LANE AND 27TH AVENUE AND TO REVISE THE EXISTING SIGNAL SYSTEM AT HIGHWAY 55 AGREEMENT NO. 90796R CITY PROJECT NO. 1013 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: Install new traffic control signals with street lights, emergency vehicle pre-emption, interconnect and signing on Fernbrook Lane at 27"' Avenue North, and at Harbor Lane; revise the existing traffic control signal on Think Highway No. 55 at Fernbrook Lane; and install and remove a temporary traffic control signal on Think Highway No. 55 at Fernbrook Lane in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 90796R, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. FURTHER, that fiinding for the project is authorized from the MSA Fund in the amount of $53,300. Adopted by the City Council on June 12, 2007. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
