APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BWSR FOR FUNDING
THROUGH THE CLEAN WATER LEGACY ACT
COUNTY ROAD 9 / 61 EROSION REPAIR PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 4135
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and the State of Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources
(BWSR) have been working on the fiinding through a Clean Water Legacy Act Grant Agreement for
constriction of the County Road 9 / 61 Erosion Repair Project; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Plymouth and BWSR for fiinding for the County
Road 9 / 61 Erosion Project through the Clean Water Legacy Act has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the agreement allows the City to be reimbursed by BWSR, in the amount of $198,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the agreement with BWSR for fiinding through a Clean Water
Legacy Act grant for the County Road 9/61 Erosion Repair Project is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and the City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
