RESOLUTION NO. 2007-255
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL
FOR THE METRO -ENVIRONMENT PARTNERSHIP GRANT
PLYMOUTH CREEK REGIONAL POND
CITY PROJECT 3105
WHEREAS, The City desires to reduce total suspended solid and nutrient loading to protect and
improve the water quality of Medicine Lake; and
WHEREAS, a preliminary feasibility report has been conducted by Barr Engineering Company; and
WHEREAS, an agreement with the Metropolitan Council is required to use their Metro -environment
Partnership Grant fiinds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into agreement
with the Metropolitan Council for a Plymouth Creek Regional Pond Project.
