RESOLUTION NO. 2007-253
APPROVE CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT WITH
PLYMOUTH CONVENANT CHURCH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth wishes to cancel the remaining contract with Plymouth
Covenant Church for use of the parking lot as a park and ride facility,
WHEREAS, the original contract term ends in November of 2009,
WIffiREAS, the City is required to give a six month notice to Plymouth Covenant Church in
order to cancel the contract,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, THAT THE contract be cancelled for the years 2008 and 2009.
Adopted by the City Council on June 12, 2007.
