RESOLUTION NO. 2007-252
ACCEPTING DONATION OF A THERMAL
IMAGER AND MOBILELINK RECEIVER FROM
A BOSTON SCIENTIFIC RETAINING FOR CITY
EQUIPMENT AND DESIGNATING SUCH FOR USE
BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, on May 15, 2007, L.E. Mattice, the Vice President and Chief Security
Officer of Boston Scientific presented a thermal imager and receiver to the Police
Department; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Mattice indicated that Boston Scientific wanted the Department to have
the thermal imager and receiver for its use; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department would be able to put the thermal imager and receiver
to good use,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, the City Council adopt the Resolution accepting the donation of a Bullard
Tacsight Thermal Imager and MobileLink Receiver as City equipment and designated it
for use by the Police Department.
Adopted by the City Council on June 12, 2007.
