RESOLUTION NO. 2007-239
APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT FOR THE
REFURBISHMENT OF FIRE DEPARTMENT LADDER 31
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized receipt of bids for the refiirbishment of
Ladder 31; and
WHEREAS, the in accordance with the State Statute, bid specifications were prepared
and distributed and bid proposals were received and opened on April 27, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
BIDDER L031 BASE BID
Custom Fire Apparatus $456,925.00
Rosenbauer Fire Apparatus $470,000.00
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Custom Fire Apparatus, the
lowest responsible bidder, for the refiirbishment of Ladder 31, with a base bid of
$456,925.
Adopted by the City Council on May 22, 2007.
