RESOLUTION NO. 2007-229
APPROVING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR A
CONDITION ASSESSMENTS ON CITY OWNED PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, staff has prepared a request for proposal (RFP) for the Condition Assessment on
City owned strictures and facilities management software, and has presented such RFP to the
Council for approval,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The request for proosal, copies of which are on file in the City Clerk's Office and made a
part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an advertisement
for bids for the condition assessment of City owned strictures. The advertisement for
bids shall follow Minnesota State Statue 429, in which bids will be received by the City
Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on June 14, 2007 at which time they will be publicly opened in the
Council Chambers in the Plymouth City Center building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the
City Clerk.
