RESOLUTION NO. 2007-227
APPROVAL OF TIMBERSHORES PARK PLAYGROUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Timbershores Park Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statutes, bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals were received and opened on May 15, 2007 for
Timbershores Park Playground; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Bidder Purchase Price
Midwest Playscapes, Inc. $111,734.00
Minnesota Wisconsin Playground $90,570.00
Clearwater Recreation, LLC $88,075.00
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Clearwater Recreation LLC is
declared the lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for Timbershores Park
Playground and accepts their bid in the amount of $88,075.00 for Timbershores Park
Playground.
FURTHER, that funding is from Fund 406.
Adopted by the City Council on May 22, 2007.
