RESOLUTION NO. 2007-218
ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF A MONEY
(IN CONCEPT) FROM THE PLYMOUTH CRIME
AND FIRE PREVENTION FUND FOR THE FUTURE
PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE FOR THE POLICE SWAT TEAM
WHEREAS, the Police Department's SWAT Team could use a new primary response
vehicle ordered and equipped to meet their special needs; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Crime and Fire Prevention Fund raised fiinds to purchase a
vehicle for the use of the Police Department's SWAT Team; and
NOW, THEREORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the City Council adopt the donation of money from the
Plymouth Crime and Fire Prevention Fund, for the purchase of a vehicle for use by the
Police Department as a primary vehicle for its SWAT Team.
