RESOLUTION NO. 2007-203
APPROVING PROJECT BUDGET AMENDMENT PLYMOUTH METROLINK
STATION 73 TRANSIT FACILITY
CITY PROJECT NO. 3125
WHEREAS, The Transit Facility Project has a contingency budget of $357,000 and;
WHEREAS, Change orders No. 1 — 8 have been approved by the City Council and;
WHEREAS, The contingency budget has been used and the project is short $17,304 and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the remaining project costs of $17,304 are
authorized to be paid from the Transit Fund Reserves.
Adopted by the City Council on April 24, 2007.
