RESOLUTION NO. 2007-202
APPROVAL OF APPLICATION TO EXTEND THE LICENSED
PREMISES FOR JOE SENSER'S OF PLYMOUTH D/B/A
JOE SENSER' S SPORTS GRILL AND BAR,
16005 COUNTY ROAD 24
WHEREAS, Joe Senser's of Plymouth d/b/a Joe Senser's Sports Grill and Bar, 16005 County
Road 24, has submitted an application to extend their licensed premises for outdoor seating; and
WHEREAS, the outdoor area would be in a permanent fenced area and used on a seasonal basis;
and
WHEREAS, the hours of operation would be Monday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m.,
and Sunday, 11:00 a.m.—I 1:00 p.m., for the serving of food, and Monday through Saturday, 11:00
a.m.-1:00 a.m. and on Sundays 11:00 a.m. — 12:00 a.m. for the serving of alcohol,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the request to extend the licensed premises is hereby
approved.
