RESOLUTION 2007-197
AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR THE HENNEPIN COUNTY
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES ENVIRONMENTAL
RESPONSE FUND FOR BASSETT CREEK OFFICE CENTRE
WHEREAS the City of Plymouth supports the environmental financial grant application
to be submitted to the Hennepin County Department of Environmental services on or
before May 01, 2007, by John N. Allen, JNA 55, LLC, for the Proposed Bassett Creek
Office Centre site; and
WHEREAS the City has the institutional, managerial and financial capability to ensure
adequate project administration; and
WHEREAS the City certifies that it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
as stated in the contract agreements; and
WHEREAS the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota agrees to act as legal sponsor for
the project contained in the environmental financial grant application to be submitted to
the Hennepin County Department of Environmental services on or before May 01, 2007;
and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to
apply to Hennepin County for this fiinding on behalf of the City of Plymouth and to
execute such agreements as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the
applicant.
