RESOLUTION NO. 2007-196
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR UNCLE FRANKY' S, 10160 6TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an On -Sale 3.2 Lquor License from L.E.N.J.,
LLC, d/b/a Uncle Franky's, 10160 6"' Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant and operating manager by the Plymouth Police
Department resulted in no recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
On -Sale 3.2 Liquor License is hereby approved for L.E.N.J., LLC, Uncle Franky's, 10160 6"' Avenue
North for a license period of April 25, 2007 through January 31, 2008.
Approved by the City Council on April 24, 2007.
