Approving Amended Development Contract for
Plymouth Crossroads Station
BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that the mayor and city manager are authorized
to execute the amended development agreement for "Plymouth Crossroads Station", between the
City of Plymouth and Dove Capital I, LLC, which contains the provision of assignment to
Plymouth Crossroads Station, LLC.
ADOPTED by the City Council on April 24, 2007.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth,
