RESOLUTION NO. 2007-191
APPROVING RENEWAL OF LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE
OF PLYMOUTH LIONS CLUB, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received a renewal application of the Plymouth Lions Club, Inc. to conduct
lawfid gambling at Jake's Sports Cafe; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the applicant and establishment have met the criteria that have been established per Sections
1105 and 1211 of the Plymouth City Code.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it hereby
approves the application of the Plymouth Lions Club, Inc. to conduct lawfid gambling at Jake's Sports
Cafe, 3005 Harbor Lane for the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009.
Approved by the City Council on April 24, 2007.
