APPROVING STATE OF MINNESOTA AGENCY AGREEMENT BETWEEN
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR OPERATION OF FIVE (5) TRAFFIC SIGNALS
ON VICKSBURG LANE AT 32ND AVENUE, 35TH AVENUE, AND 36TH AVENUE AND
ON FERNBROOK LANE AT 27TH AVENUE AND HARBOR LANE
AGREEMENT NO. 90935-P
STATE PROJECT NO'S. 155-164-011 AND 155-164-014
CITY PROJECT NO. 1013
WHEREAS, the City has requested the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation
(Mn/DOT) be responsible for operations of traffic signals on Vicksburg Lane at 32"a Avenue, 35"'
Avenue, and 36"' Avenue and on Fernbrook Lane at 27"' Avenue and at Harbor Lane; and
WHEREAS, Mn/DOT has prepared an Agreement for operation of said traffic signals and
Agreement No. 90935-P has been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That all things in said agreement are approved as conditioned
therein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. 90935-P, for three traffic signals on Vicksburg Lane and two traffic signals on
Fernbrook Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on April 24, 2007.
