RESOLUTION NO. 2007-182
RECEIVING ENGINEERING PROPOSALS AND
DESIGNATING THE ENGINEER FOR
2008 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WATER SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION PLAN AND
WASTEWATER PLAN ELEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 7121
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth is preparing its 2008 Comprehensive Plan in accordance
with State law and is required to complete a Water Supply and Distribution Plan and
Wastewater Plan Elements for the Plan; and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was sent to eight qualified engineering firms that have
expertise in water supply and distribution and wastewater planning; and
WHEREAS, eight proposals were received and evaluated by City staff, and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. be designated as the
consultant engineer for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. is designated as the City's consulting engineer
for completing the Water Supply and Distribution Plan and Wastewater Plan
Elements of the 2008 Comprehensive Plan, City Project 7121.
Adopted by the City Council on April 24, 2007.
