RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
2007 CRACK REPAIR PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 7118E
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the constriction of the 2007 Crack Repair
Program, City Project No. 7118E, and all necessary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and
tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

3. Bergman Co's Inc. 116 000
4. L & M Services of Belgrade Inc. 189,000
WHEREAS; it appears that Precision Sealcoating Inc. of Princeton, WI is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract
with Precision Sealcoating Inc. in the name of the City of Plymouth for the 2007 Crack Repair
Program, City Project No. 7118E, according to the plans and specifications therefore approved
by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of $87,400.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders and the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successfiil bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
