AWARD CONTRACT
2007 SANITARY SEWER LINING PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 7106
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 2007 Sanitary Sewer Lining
Project bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Michels Corporation of Brownsville, WI is the lowest
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into the contract for the bid with Michels
Corporation of Brownsville, WI in the name of the City of Plymouth for the 2007
Sanitary Sewer Lining Project, City Project No. 7106 according to the plans and
specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City
Engineer in the amount of $261,336.50.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that fiinding for this project shall be
from the Sewer Fund in the amount of $274,000.
