APPROVE CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMETN PROJECT
COUNTY ROAD 61/COUNTY ROAD 47
CITY PROJECT NO. 6108
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the above project were approved by City
Council on March 27, 2007; and
WHEREAS, a Constriction Cooperative Agreement has been prepared between the City
and Hennepin County to improve the intersection of County Road 47 / County Road 61
through grading, aggregate base, concrete curb and gutter, concrete median, storm sewer,
striping, lighting and a traffic signal including emergency vehicle pre-emption in
accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. PW
17-17-07, a copy of which was before the Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager be and
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf
of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
