RESOLUTION NO. 2007-165
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City has an approved 2007-2011 Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended approval of three
park projects at this time; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to proceed with the replacement of
parking lot lights at Parkers Lake Park, the replacement of the playground at Timber
Shores Park, and the design and development of a new park in Seven Greens
neighborhood.
Adopted by the City Council on April 10, 2007.
