RESOLUTION 2007-160
APPROVING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY A RAIN GARDEN AGREEMENT FOR TACO BELL SITE AT
9900 ROCKFORD ROAD
WHEREAS, Wave Car Wash, owner of said property has signed the agreement and consents to the
requirements of the agreement; and;
WHEREAS, the condition for the rain garden agreement was left out of the approving resolution for
the project; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth a rain garden agreement for the property located at 9900 Rockford
Road.
Adopted by the City Council on April 10, 2007.
