APPROVAL OF ACQUISITION AGREEMENT FOR
PARCEL NO. 10 (PIN 21-118-22-11-0007)
FERNBROOK LANE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 1013
WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been prepared between the City and Park Place
Portfolio Inc., owners of Parcel 10 (PIN 21-118-22-11-0007), for the acquisition of permanent
right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, for fiill compensation for conveyance of said property, the City of Plymouth shall pay
the owners the sum of $3,000 for land and damages; and
WHEREAS, said memorandum agreement has been signed by the owner and it is recommended for
approval to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the memorandum of agreement for Parcel No. 10 (PIN 21-
118-22-11-0007) between the City and Park Place Portfolio Inc. is approved, and the Mayor and
City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on April 10, 2007.
