RESOLUTION NO: 2007-158
APPROVING THE GRADE, TITLE AND SALARY RANGE
FOR SUPERVISING APPRAISER AND ABOLISHING THE POSITIONS OF SENIOR
APPRAISER AND COMMERCIAL APPRAISER
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has revised the organizational stricture of the Assessing
Division; and
WHEREAS, the titles of Senior Appraiser and Commercial Appraiser will no longer be used in
the Classification Plan; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for an exempt position titled Supervising Appraiser; and
WHEREAS, the position on Supervising Appraiser has been evaluated and placed in Grade 18;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does: approve the addition of
Supervising Appraiser to the 2007 Classification and Compensation Plan as an exempt position in
Grade 18 and approves the abolition of Senior Appraiser and Commercial Appraiser from the
Plan, effective April 23, 2007.
