RESOLUTION NO. 2007-157
RENEWING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
FOR MICHAEL P. HALL, INC.
WHEREAS, an application for renewal of a Garbage Hauler License had been received by
Michael P. Hall, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the required fee, certificate of insurance, and surety bond have been
provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Garbage Hauler License for
Michael P. Hall, Inc., P.O. Box 786, Anoka, MN 55303, is hereby approved for residential
hauling for the period April 11, 2007, through March 31, 2008.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on April 10, 2007.
