RESOLUTION NO. 2007-148
APPROVING 2007-2011 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 21, 2007 on the
proposed 2007-2011 Capital Improvement Program for the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed 2007-2011 Capital
Improvements Program conforms to the other chapters of the City's Comprehensive Plan,
as amended, and other planning documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 2007-2011 Capital
Improvement Program is hereby approved as amended by the addition of $18,000 for
benches in downtown Plymouth.
Adopted by the City Council on March 27, 2007.
