RESOLUTION NO. 2007-147
APPROVING PAYMENT TO SUBURBAN TRANSIT
ASSOCIATION FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 473.388; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth receives operating and capital assistance from the
Metropolitan Council for transit services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the City to
utilize transit fiends in the most cost effective manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City hereby approves the payment to the
Suburban Transit Association of $9,500 for 2007 annual membership.
Adopted by the City Council on March 27, 2007.
