RESOLUTION NO. 2007-146
APPROVAL OF CONTRACTURAL PAVEMENT
MARKING CONTRACT FOR THE YEARS 2007 AND 2008
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved fiinds to contract with a pavement marking company
for 2007; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications and received and opened bids on March 20,
2007; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
BIDDER
Traffic Marking Services, Inc.
United Rentals Hwy Technology, Inc
AAA Striping Service Company
Bergman Companies Inc.
PRICE
$64,160.28 each year
$65,844.65 each year
$73,216.23 each year
$76,682.21 each year
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that we accept the bid from, Traffic Marking Services, Inc. for
$64,160.28 for each year of 2007 and 2008, subject to available fiinding in 2008.
FURTHER, that the fiinding for the contractual pavement markings will be from 101-1610-7511.
Adopted by the City Council on March 27, 2007.
